Universal Wheel Tray End Caps by Thule®. These caps can become lost or damaged during use, leaving the sharp metal edges of the wheel tray exposed. Don't risk cutting yourself or scratching your paint during rack installation, cover the end of the tray with a replacement end cap. Thule recommends that you always have a few on hand just in case. Comes in a pack of 2 end caps.

These Wheel Tray End Caps come with the bike rack's wheel tray, but when you lead an active lifestyle and you're loading and unloading bikes, there's always the chance that an end cap will be knocked off and lost. Without an end cap the exposed sharp edges of the tray can accidentally cut or scrape your hand, or scratch the paint on your bike or your vehicle. Don't be caught unprepared! Get this end cap pack, stow it in the glove box and you'll always have one if needed. The end caps come in a set of 2.

Thule

It works as expected, the strapping and locking mechanism makes it easy to install. The strap is long enough. It keeps the carrier from walking away. Though no one has stolen my bike rack yet, I am not sure it would stop a determined thief. From the other hand, I am not sure what exactly would be able to stop the determined thief. At least, if someone wants to steal the carrier, this will make'em to think twice.

Thule Tram Hitch Ski / Snowboard Carrier

CARiD had the lowest price for this rack and my fear was that there would be some reason why. Got the rack, it installed pretty easily, and worked very well. It was great not having to grapple with the skis on top of the SUV. Great value!
