Thule heavy-duty polypropylene load straps are specifically made to secure loads to roof racks, and are included with many Thule watersports carriers. They come in 9 ft. and 15 ft. lengths and feature easy to operate cam action buckles. Each load strap buckle has a patented protective buckle bumper installed to keep the metal buckles from damaging the vehicle and the load.

The stretchable, bungee surf straps secure different size surf boards, stand-up paddle boards and sailboards to the roof rack for safe and secure transport. The simple and easy to use cinching system keeps the boards protected and stable during transit. The straps are UV resistant for durability and to prevent fading and the looped ends enable the straps to be easily attached to the rack bars.

The Hood Loop Strap is a perfect example of Thule providing a solution to a problem. If your vehicle doesn't have an anchor point for a load strap under the front of the vehicle, this loop strap can be attached under the hood. Remove a suitable bolt from under the hood and slip the bolt through the loop strap eye-hole before reinstalling and tightening. Then let the loop stick out of the engine compartment and shut the hood. You now have a secure anchor point for a bow tie-down strap.

The Quick Loop is yet another Thule solution and even easier to use. The Quick Loop can be used at the front or rear of the vehicle to provide a load strap attachment point. Just place the anchor portion of the Quick Loop under the hood or under the hatch or trunk lid, with the loop portion extending out. Then shut the hood, hatch or trunk lid. You now have a convenient attachment point for a bow or stern tie-down.
