    Mfg. Defect
    Received the package in good condition and went to install the kit to find out that the bolts to hold the rack to the car were not mfg. properly and can seam to get them to replace the bolts.

    Sleek and Secure
    Overall, I'd give these load bars a 4.5 out of 5. They look fantastic and install as if factory-direct from the car manufacturer. However, to maintain light-weight and aerodynamic specifications, they are not indestructible - they dent somewhat easily, so be careful. I originally received my delivery and the box was somewhat worn. Not thinking anything of it, I delayed installing for a few weeks. To my dismay when I opened the box, I discovered that while in transit, the bars were dented in several different locations.

    Great Product
    Ordered two of these with bracket kit and received within 5 working days. Easy installation. Great instructions. Used on 5 hour trip to Las Vegas with two large suitcases with no problem. Also looks very sleek on my BMW X5 I am going to leave them on.
