The original Exhaust Insulating Wrap was developed over 25 years ago by Thermo-Tec. Exhaust Wrap is an innovative way to create more horsepower and reduce under-hood temperatures. The original Exhaust Insulating Wrap was developed over 25 years ago by Thermo-Tec. Wrapping headers maintains hotter exhaust gases that exit the system faster through decreased density. Increased exhaust scavenging is produced, along with lower intake temperatures. Exhaust Insulating Wrap withstands continuous heat up to 2000°F, and contains no asbestos. Thermo-Tec exhaust wrap will not over-insulate a system when properly installed due to a proprietary coating developed by Thermo-Tec - Thermal Conduction Technology (TCT) - that conducts heat across the wrap's surface. This coating controls heat build-up and dissipation.

Thermo-Tec products are warranted to the original buyer only, against defects in material and workmanship existing at the time of first sale by seller, and of which seller is notified in writing within one (1) year of the date of delivery to the buyer. It supersedes all prior or current oral or written negotiations, proposals, brochures, circulars, and communications with respect thereto. This warranty may not be changed in the absence of a writing signed by an officer of seller. The buyer should carefully consider the use for which Thermo-Tec products are purchased. This warranty is voided if material is exposed to power washing.
