Hand Throttle Control Kit by TeraFlex®. The TeraFlex hand throttle kit is designed to provide constant idle or speed when off-roading. It is especially useful when use of clutch, gas and brake are needed together. The hand throttle is designed for off-road use only and is not intended to be used as a ‘cruise control’ device. Warranty

TeraFlex Inc. warrants TeraFlex products to the original retail purchaser to be free of defects in material and workmanship for as long as the original purchaser owns the vehicle on which products were originally installed unless otherwise specified. This warranty does not cover or include product finish, improperly installed or applied products, improperly maintained products, products used for racing or competition or damage due to abuse or neglect. Failure to complete regular maintenance on TeraFlex flexarms (grease every 3000 miles) will void this warranty.

All TeraLow products are warrantied to be free of defects in material and workmanship for two years from date purchased.

TeraFlex axles are covered by the TeraFlex Inc. 12-month warranty to be free of defects in materials and workmanship from date purchased.

All Falcon Shocks are warrantied to a period of three years from the original date of purchase. Upon verification, TeraFlex Inc. will repair or replace the shock absorber at no cost.

Magnuson-Moss Warranty Act:

Legally, a vehicle manufacturer cannot void the warranty on a vehicle due to an aftermarket part unless they can prove that the aftermarket part caused or contributed to the failure in the vehicle (per the Magnuson Moss Warranty Act (15 U.S.C. 2302(C)) Learn More
