- Warranty is non-transferable

- All products must be on the original vehicle they were installed on by the original purchaser

- Proof of purchase is required for all warranty issues

- Synergy is not responsible for shipping or any additional labor charges incurred with the warranty of any product

- Parts that are subject to wear and tear are not eligible for warranty. These products include but are not limited to: bushings, bump stops, bearings, tie rod ends, and dust boots

- Products must be installed correctly, unaltered, and free from abuse

- Synergy heavy-duty front ball joint sets carry a 12-month unlimited warranty

- Synergy hard parts have a limited lifetime warranty and are guaranteed to be free from defects in materials and workmanship

- Product finishes are not guaranteed
