The SurTrack CV axle shaft transfers power from the transmission to the drive wheels of a vehicle. It is designed to operate at varying angles, constant rotational speeds, without friction and play. The axle shaft is manufactured in accordance with the stringent engineering standards to meet or even exceed all OEM requirements in fit, form, and function. The product features a brand new construction with precision machined and heat treated center-shafts, CV joints, bearings and races.

Made with high quality neoprene rubber boots, the axle shaft is properly protected against the elements on and off-road conditions and are fastened with stainless steel straps to comply the stringent engineering standards. The axle shaft by SurTrack is torture tested to failure to ensure maximum durability and excellent performance which will last for years. The CV joints are packed with high-temperature, high performance moly grease. The SurTrack axle shaft comes with all necessary hardware to provide professional and easy installation.

Automotive CV Axles Limited Lifetime Warranty

SurTrack warrants its new CV axles for as long as the original owner owns the vehicle in which this unit was first installed.

The company warrants its parts to be free from defects in workmanship and materials, without regard to a specific period of time.

The determination as to whether or not a part is defective rests with management and such determination is final.

The company’s responsibility under this warranty is strictly limited to the replacement of the defective part(s).

This warranty applies only to the defective part. SurTrack will not be held liable for any labor, incidental, or consequential charges related to the installation of the unit.

The unit must be installed on vehicles for which the product is intended.

The company’s warranty does not cover products which have been subject to improper installation, abnormal use, abuse, misuse, accidental damage, collision, or broken shafts.

This warranty applies to all domestic or import passenger cars, private vans, and light trucks.

This warranty does not cover units installed on cars, vans, or light trucks that are used for commercial or governmental use.

This warranty does not cover units installed on vehicles used for racing, off-road competitions, and other non-standard uses.

The warranty is void if the boot is damaged in any way.

If a SurTrack product is found to be defective, the purchaser’s sole and exclusive remedy shall be for the repair or replacement of the defective product or for a refund of the purchase price. No other remedy (including, but not limited to, incidental or consequential damages for lost profits, lost sales, lost labor, injury to person or property, or any other incidental or consequential loss) shall be available.

No person or organization is delegated the authority to alter this warranty, either verbally or in writing.

This warranty gives you specific legal rights, and you may also have other rights, which vary from state to state.
