Ladder Is Light And Flimsy
I bought this ladder to use with the Stromberg Carlson® - Bike Rack for RV Ladder that is also sold on this site. The ladder however is not large enough or strong enough to handle the Bike Rack. I have not tried the Stainless Steel version however it appears too small as well. The issue is in the ladder diameter, which is 3/4", is too small for the Bike Rack clamps which require 1".

Back Door Van Ladder
Okay the picture shows the ladder being on the right hand back door that is incorrect for a 2014 Chevy Express van, it is made to go on the left hand rear door. For those of you who made comments that it does not fit the Chevy Express van maybe you should read the instructions or at least look at the pictures of the instructions. Back left hand door is what the ladder is made for, that is because one corner is square and the other side slopes off on the other end .that is why the ladder is made slightly shorter on the Square door end, and slightly longer on the semi sloped door end. The only thing about this stainless steel door ladder I do not like, is it is made out of tubular metal, going up and going down is going to be a balancing act on a round piece of metal especially when it's ice and snow and wet outside. But nevertheless I have everybody covered go to your local Home Improvement store and get their self sticky it's like real gritty sandpaper you stick it on the steps of the ladder that way you don't slip going up or going down. And to be on the safe side zip tie each step on each side of the self sticky sandpaper that way if the heat loosens up the glue on the Sandpaper then the zip ties will keep it in place.

Surco Ram Promaster Ladder
Pretty simple its a ladder. Stainless steel so it shouldn't rust. You do have to drill two hole through your brand new door to attach the bottom though. The top hangs over the top of the door with stick on pads to protect door. What no one tells you is that you cannot open the door fully as the ladder will hit the side of the van! That's unfortunate since folding the door all the way back is a great feature.
