An Ok Product
I bought this a few weeks ago, with the intentions of hauling some gear along with my Reese hitch basket. This basket is light and very easy to put together; that being said I do not think it's the best quality and the design is somewhat poor. The hole that receives the bolt is way to far to the edge, putting a lot of torque on the back door; 5/8 deflection about 80 lbs in the basket. I put the receiver in my mill and drilled a hole 3/4 of an inch from the mounting plate. This really made it much more sturdy. There was only a 1/8 deflection of the rear door with approximately 80 pounds in the basket. That being said one good bump and you could really warp the rear door. I don't think it's worth the money, given the modifications I had to make to keep my cargo and vehicle safe. 100$ would be a better price.
