Supreme Suspensions Lifts offers a 30-Day Satisfaction Guarantee starting on the date of receipt of the product. For any reason that the unused or installed product doesn’t meet the expectations of the buyer, the buyer may return the product. 30-Day Satisfaction Guarantee doesn’t cover products that have been altered, abused, installed on different applications (other than what they were advertised for), installed incorrectly, or used in any racing/competition applications. 30-Day Satisfaction Guarantee may be extended under special circumstances, at the option of Supreme Suspension Lifts.

Limited Lifetime Warranty
Supreme Suspension Lifts’ products are warrantied to be free from manufacturing and material defects for as long as the original purchaser owns the vehicle. Lifetime Warranty is non-transferable and the proof of purchase may be requested upon redemption of warranty privileges. Upon receipt of the product, Supreme Suspension Lifts will be liable for either repair or replacement of the part, at its option. Products replaced will be matched as similarly to the product returned as best as possible. Supreme Suspension Lifts reserves the right to make changes to the material, design, and specifications of the replacement product without prior notice. The Lifetime Warranty doesn’t cover cosmetic damages or any product that has been altered, abused, installed on different applications (other than what they were advertised for), installed incorrectly, or used in any racing/competition applications.

Supreme Suspensions shall not be liable for damages, including special, incidental or consequential damages arising out of or in connection with the performance of a Supreme Suspensions product or its use by the owner. Non-Supreme Suspensions made products carry the warranty extended by their manufacturer.

Exclusions to the standard Limited Lifetime Warranty include wear and tear items such as mountings, bushings, or any type of cosmetic damage (finish, dents, and scratches), as these components and issues can wear out or occur naturally over time. These items are covered under a 90-day Limited Warranty along with other non-suspension items listed above.

Low Quality Casting

Supreme Suspensions® CHCO04FK1320 - 1"-3" x 2" Front and Rear Suspension Lift Kit

The casting finish for the torsion bar keys are quite rough (porous?), and one of the keys required shaving at least 1/16" from ALL of the hex flats to allow installation (the crowns cast into the hex flats were noticeable). The installation instructions that came with the kit were not for these parts.
