Air conditioning metal gaskets come in different sizes and configurations depending on the make and model of the air conditioning compressor in the vehicle and are used to connect the A/C hose manifold to the back of the compressor. A/C metal gaskets are made of crushable metal and require replacement when connecting a new or rebuilt air conditioning compressor back into the system.
