Warranty

Suncore Industries LLC. Extends a 1 Year warranty on all suspension products against all manufacturing defects.

This warranty is non-transferable and does not cover normal wear and tear or any other loss, liability or damage resulting from improper alteration, disassembly, handling, installation, service, repair or use of this product. If for any reason you find it necessary to alter a product you must receive written consent from a Suncore Industries LLC. technician.

This warranty will not cover surface finish, boot or mounting hardware such as, but not limited to, rubber bushings or dust covers.

In no event shall Suncore Industries LLC. be liable for any incidental, special, indirect, or consequential damages, whether resulting from the use, misuse, or inability to use a Suncore Industries LLC. product or from defects in the Suncore Industries LLC. product. Cost of removal, installation and other labor claims are not included or covered under this warranty. Suncore Industries LLC. obligation under this warranty is limited to replacement of the defective product.

Suncore Industries LLC. retains the exclusive right to repair or replace with new or remanufactured product or offer refund of the purchase price at its sole discretion.

This warranty is null and void if the installation is not performed by an ASE certified mechanic. It is required to submit a receipt or proof of installation was completed by an ASE certified mechanic with your warranty claim form.

Good Price! Good Product!

The price was right and it was easy to install. I would not say a novice could install it but if you have a little knowledge of cars and some simple tools you are good to go. I found the product was packaged well and looked new and arrived in a well constructed box with instructions on how to install it. I will order again when needed.

As Designed With a Small Exception

Almost identical to the OEM. The original (89 Towncar pump) had top mounted bolts. The replacement had peg-legs that went through the 8mm mounting bracket and bolted from underneath which was a little difficult to install due to the location being right on the fender, next to the washer fluid container, and I needed to slightly widen the original holes to make the peg-legs fit. Not too hard to do, but was not expecting it right out of the box. Everything else pugged into the factory harness, and so far worked as planned.
