Black Powder Coat Police Push Bar (52220P) by SteelCraft®. The Pit Boss Police bumpers are made of the highest quality materials. Famous amongst many law enforcement and government organizations all over the world, the Pit Boss bumper is powder coated and painted with SteelCraft's unique electro coating process and are extremely durable to heavy duty service and corrosion.

Installation

SteelCraft® - Black Police Push Bar Installation Instruction

To satisfy the most current police equipment requirements Pit Boss Police bumper has to be capable of handling extreme operation conditions. To provide strength and exclude weak points, this product is designed as a welded one piece construction. Its thick metal uprights are welded together with two steel bars for maximum pushing power. Each upright is covered in a protective rubber strip to maintain the powder coating also prevent damage to other objects when nudged. A durable powder coated finish layers the surface of the SteelCraft Police Bumper to keep it looking new. It provide an anti corrosive coating to prevent any rust or other corrosion to damage the bar. It also complements other black finishes on the car. The SteelCraft Police Bumper allows for trouble free no-drill installation into existing holes on the front of the vehicle. The Pit Boss Police Bumper is backed with a 5-year warranty against manufacturer defects and workmanship from the date purchased of the original owner.

Great Bumper, Not So Great Instructions.
The bumper itself is great and looks awesome once installed! It took me just under 4 hours to do myself. Only thing that was kind of sucky was the directions were not very clear and the parts were labeled incorrectly. Other than that it is awesome! Very durable.

Looks Killer
Just installed it, looks great on the car. It is just sitting on a bit of an angle so i have to adjust it some. The installation was a little difficult with the instructions having poor pictures (the online pdf was no better). Took a bit of work to get it on the car and everything lined up but there was no drilling, just straight bolt-on to the inner bumper. You simply can't beat the looks for this price.

Nice However
This was for my 17 year old son. He likes it. Quality is good. Install took a few hours mainly because instructions are not clear figuratively and literally. They are faded like a bad copy and do not give complete directions as to where to measure exactly and from what point. As long as it doesn't fall off, we're ok.

Great Guard/Bumper
Came with easy instructions and plenty of easy to use brackets and hardware. I installed this in a Mercedes S Class, not a Charger, and the kit had enough bracket pieces where I didn't have to fabricate anything. Just drill a half dozen holes. Also mounted two off-road lights on the middle cross member. It's plenty wide and 1/4" steel. Definitely need a steel bit and string drill.

Police Push Bumper
I have a '08 Dodge Charger that I use for security work. The push bumpers are easy to install. Only took about 2.5 hours. Some of the brackets are mislabeled (passenger and driver's side), but not all of the brackets. So you will need to look at the pictures within the instructions to ensure the brackets install the same way as in the pictures. Other than that, I am very happy with the product. It is built strong and secured firmly to the car. I have no doubt that I can push almost anything out of the road.
