Appears Like OEM
First, this part covers a 2009 Acura TSX, not just the range shown. Appears to be identical to OEM part in every way. There are videos online showing exactly how the door panel comes off. I found another video for a Honda car from around the same year that shows the details to get the actuator out. The driver door has the lock cylinder and an extra step as compared to the other doors. For most with slight mechanical experience or more, this is a 1 to 2 hour job. After replacing this one, I bought the front passenger actuator and replaced it in 45 minutes. Went with this brand over OEM due to the 3 yr warranty. After having so many problems with the dealer actuator parts, I figured this can’t be any worse at 65% of the cost with a warranty.
