Product Details

Smoke Factory Style Fog Lights by Spec-D®. 1 Pair. Chrome housing, smoke lens. Bulbs: H3 (included). If your vehicle didn't come with fog lights or the originals are damaged or non-functional, replace them with these quality Spec-D fog lights. Mounted low on the vehicle and angled toward the road, the fog lights illuminate the road right in front of your vehicle and reduce glare, creating greater visibility so you can stay on track, for safer motoring.

Installation

When you're driving in fog and turn on your headlights, the drops of water in the fog reflect the light right back at you, which doesn't help much when you're trying to find your way through a fog bank. For this reason, fog lights are mounted closer to the ground and aimed downward, so the light is directed at the roadway, thereby reducing the glare created from reflected light.

Fog lights illuminate the road directly in front of the vehicle, so you can stay on your side of the yellow line and off the shoulder when driving at a speed appropriate to conditions. Being able to see where you're going is a key to safe driving, making fully functional fog lights important to your vision. Spec-D warrants its products to be free from defects in materials or workmanship for a period of 1 year. The warranty period begins on the date the product is delivered.

They're great! The switch didn't work to turn them on but I did go to AutoZone and made my own switch. Look great!

Excellant Lights For My Truck !

Lights fit very well, brightness is great and looks a very good. Only problem is that no instructions came with it at all and the set had to be wired. Took a lot loinger than it should.

I Won’t Suggest Not Buying, but the Experience I Had Wasn’t the Best.

Like I said I wouldn’t say not to buy these considering you’re getting what you pay for in terms of material quality. But I do have to say, Spec-D has gotta step up their game with quality control. I sent them back the first time because they didn’t have the chrome bevel as stated, waited about a month, and still got the same ones I did the first time. I was mildly disappointed personally, but that’s me. I could’ve raised hell, not to mention the fact that when I got them the second time it looked like they had taken them apart and not put them back together properly. The left light was in the right bezel and the right was in the left. It was also missing a nut and bolt holding the light fixture into the bezel. Again, I really didn’t care too much at this point so I threw them on anyways, but I’m still missing one of three screws on both left and right bezels that’s hold the lights in place. I will surely be investing in a higher quality light fixture in the future for aesthetics seeing as these are cheap projectors. The light bulbs are super dull and have a very warm hue. The only reason I mention this is because it stated to be a cool blue. Overall, they work, and the wiring was simple and fun to set up. A good learning experience to say the least as a beginner when it comes to wiring. No instructions tho, just kinda went out on a limb. I would like to hear back from Spec-D at some point, maybe to have them understand my experience so that it doesn’t happen to anyone else. Cause I know if they kept this up, they would have a lot of unhappy customers. Especially with their more expensive products. If you’re on a budget or just don’t care too much and don’t mind false advertising, then this is the product for you!! Overall I would say, Quality: 3/10 Customer service: 2/10 Functionality: 9/10

Actually Regret Buying These

These come with 0 installation instructions, the "installation guide" on the page is for a completely different system than these use, it looks like a general thing and these are completely different, they look like cheap junk installed, fitment is awful, everything was smooth sailing until I got to actually putting them in and then it all went down hill. Don't make something and then sell it without including instructions on how to actually install it. There are so many wires that just go nowhere and give you no idea what they're supposed to be hooked to. It's garbage.
