Spec-D® LH-LAN02JM-KS - Driver and Passenger Side Black Euro Headlights

Looks great, really bright.

Looks good and very easy to install. Made the car look new again.

Same reflectors and over all design exactly as stock, other than the interior plastic around the reflectors being black. My old cloudy lenses were blocking a lot of light. These Euro style lights work exactly as the stock lights did, but with new unclouded lenses, much more light gets to the road!

Looks good, works perfectly. I bought it thinking the trim was black when it is actually chrome.

I have mixed feelings on these headlights. They are way brighter than my OEM lights, which always were less than great. These Spec-D lights really light the road and curb up well. (I did buy the vivid bulbs, also.) They also generally look good and complete the look of the front of the truck. However, the headlight fit and installation is what drove down my rating. First, these lights have a 3/4" flange toward the center periphery that the OEM lights don't. That means they won't guide directly onto the light supports - you have to angle into the center support and engage it, slip the tab into the grille surround and then engage the other guides from an angle. I ended up having to sand, buff, prime and repaint the scratches to the grille this resulted in. So, they have that going for them. Also, they are not a perfect fit once installed in the headlight compartment. Despite finally being on the guides all around, there is almost a 1/4" gap between the headlights and the surround at the center. If you're just walking by, it looks fine. But don't use them for a show car. Next, these lights have a mottled, almost prismatic light that is projected. There are slightly lighter and darker areas in the light field that are puzzling. Finally, the only installation material included is a cryptic warning that the lenses may develop condensation inside soon after installation. The warning states that if it doesn't clear, "fitment" may need to be adjusted. Wait, what?

The headlights are awesome, great look, decent price. The packaging was super secure and came with lights already. So, buying the extra lights was not really necessary, but I have spares now so that's great. Excellent service. Shipping was prompt, and the packaging was secure.

Lights were easy to install, fit well and look wonderful.

My 2001 Monte Carlo SS was ordered from the factory in Aug. 2000. It's been a great car. I ordered Spec-D® - Black Euro Headlights to replace the originals which had dulled over time and driving 67,000 miles. They arrived in the time frame stated and look absolutely stunning on the car. I was a little concerned that there were no directions, but upon lifting the hood and checking out how the old ones were attached it only took me roughly 5 minutes per light to get the new ones installed. Checked that they functioned good and everything worked perfect.

It was easy to put in I got it done in 5-10 minutes. The product is what it said to be. My light are better and I can see!
