Pulley Counter Holder Kit by Sir Tools®. Honda factory style holder. Needed To properly counter the rotation of the crank shaft pulley/harmonic balancer during r and r of crank bolt. Comes complete with the proper 2.5' long securing bar. Comes complete with an adjustable locator lack pin and a 2.5' long securing bar, which locks onto the head.

All S.T. tools and equipment are covered by a 12-month limited manufacturer’s warranty, effective from the date of delivery to the end user. This warranty shall be terminated if any of the tools or equipment:

Have been used for a purpose other than for which they were intended
Are used in a manner inconsistent with instructions regarding their use
Have been abused, heated, worn out, or altered in any way
Were used in conjunction with power tools or impact tools
Are being used within a tool rental program, implemented by any groups or companies

All S.T. tools are designed for hand use only. Final determination of defects shall be made after an inspection by Sir Tools. The exclusive remedy shall be to repair or replace any tool or equipment found to be defective under this warranty.
