Floor pan is susceptible to rust damage deriving from multiple sources. What is covered - Sherman offers a limited lifetime warranty on its replacement products such as bumpers, fenders, hoods, grilles and other automotive and truck replacement parts. Radiators are also lifetime to the vehicle's original owner. Accessories carry the full factory warranty from date of purchase. Sherman guarantees its parts to be free of defects in materials and workmanship for as long as the original purchaser owns the vehicle on which the part is installed and only when installed in accordance with accepted industry standards. This warranty includes perforation (metal rust-through) due to corrosion in normal use. If failure should occur, or a metal part develops perforation, a new part will be provided without charge. Sherman offers a limited lifetime warranty on its North American plated chrome bumpers.

Sherman offers a 3-year warranty on all of its gas tanks and condensers.

Sherman offers a 1-year warranty on all its overseas plated chrome bumpers. This also applies to those parts, such as door handles, tailgate hardware, cooling fan motors and hydraulic struts which are, by nature, subject to varying degrees of use and wear.

What is not covered - This warranty does not cover labor and other incidental cost involved in installation. Furthermore, this warranty does not apply to any product failure or rust-through resulting from:
1) Accident damage;
2) Improper installation;
3) Damages during shipping;
4) Misuse, abuse or alterations in any manner;
5) Installation without proper undercoating, sealing, or painting;
6) Rust due to overtightening of the bolts on chrome bumpers resulting in cracked chrome around the bolt holes. These bumpers must be installed by hand to torque specifications.

Sherman shall not be liable for any accidental or consequential damages arising out of the use of its parts. It is strongly suggested that parts be inspected and test fitted prior to painting or undercoating. Sherman assumes no responsibility for any cost incurred in refinishing, installation or removal of a product.

Excellent

I was well pleased with the Sherman floor pans for my 71 Torino Cobra. I recently ordered a different manufacture and was not happy at all with the quality. After further product search I received the Sherman pans from CARiD (in four days from placing order) and they were exact fit and original factory design. No need to try any one else, Sherman was perfect and CARiD was spot on. Randy

Sherman Replacement Panels Only Way to Go!!!

I recently purchased a passenger side front floor pan replacement panel, and man is spot on. After some research and 3 failed attempts ordering an AMD complete passenger side floor pan replacement. I decided to go ahead and order this sherman half panel, considering all I truly needed was the front half. The panel's dimensions/fit is perfectly spot on, good quality steel, and came as pictured unprimed bare metal with the typical rust inhibitor spray. Very satisfied with Sherman replacement panels and CARiD for getting me back in forward progress on my resto mod.
