Connecting Rod Bearing Set by Sealed Power®. Sealed Power A-Series aluminum-silicon bi-metal alloy engine bearings deliver greater seizure resistance than tri-metal materials, dramatically reducing or eliminating bearing wear in a wide range of automotive and truck engines. A-Series bearings are manufactured with silicon, which provides greater surface hardness for increased wear resistance. In addition, the silicon particles help polish the crank surfaces and bearing journals during engine operation, further reducing friction and related wear.

Warranty

Sealed Power warrants its products to be free from defects in materials or workmanship for a period of 12 months. The warranty period begins on the date the product is delivered. The warranty is granted to the end-user and applies to products which are purchased, installed, and used for the purposes for which they are originally designed. This warranty covers defects arising under normal use and does not cover malfunctions or failures resulting from misuse, abuse, neglect, improper installation, or incorrect maintenance. During the warranty period, Sealed Power will repair or replace, at no charge, a product that is defective in materials or workmanship. Sealed Power reserves the right to either repair or replace a defective component at its discretion and reserves the right to substitute an equivalent product under the terms of this warranty.

'73 D100, 318 V8

Rod bearings installed easily and eliminated the piston slap/rod knock from my engine. Very satisfied with their performance so far, and don't see any reason that they might fail in the near future (knock on wood). Same brand carried by all major auto parts stores.
