    Driver or Passenger Side Hood Lift Support (8456LU) by Sachs®. A hood with gas spring assist can be opened with one hand. When open, the hood will stay securely and reliably in position and cannot slam shut, as used to be the case with improperly latched props. Due to its space-saving installation on the side, the engine compartment will remain easily accessible. Sachs gas springs are easy to mount and absolutely maintenance-free.

    Great Item, Easy Install
    My recently purchase CARiD did not have these at all. They fit perfectly. This item came with the mounting hardware, a great plus if you are missing any or all. Mine was still on the car, so it was a 5 min job to put these on.
