Three Layer Gray Full Car Cover by Rugged Ridge®. Precisely engineered to give a great fit for your Jeep Wrangler JK, this top-notch car cover provides effective protection against moisture, soiling, sun light, and scratches. It’s sewn from tough, breathable, and soft material that won’t damage your vehicle’s paint finish yet will reliably serve for many years ahead. Plus, the elastic skirting of the cover ensures it’s a cinch to install. It comes complete with a storage bag and cable lock kit, and each item is also available separately.

Optimal outdoor vehicle storage requires a cover that can achieve the perfect balancing act between repelling moisture and allowing it to escape. A cover that's too watertight can trap moisture vapor between the cover and the vehicle, eventually ruining the finish, and one that's too porous, well, you might as well not even have a cover.

The Rugged Ridge Heavy-Duty Full Car Cover uses space age technology in the construction of its patented 3-layer composite fabric. It contains a microporous film sandwiched between 2 layers of soft and tough, water repellent polypropylene. The microporous film has pores that allow moisture vapor to escape while impeding liquids and particles from passing through. This excellent design prevents mold, mildew, and ice buildup.

This cover comes with a storage bag and cable lock kit. The cable can be threaded through grommets at the bottom of the cover and locked, preventing theft. Each item can be purchased separately. The Rugged Ridge Heavy-Duty Full Car Cover is backed by a 5-year limited warranty.

Warranty

When your product is purchased from Omix-ADA and is not separately warranted by either Omix-ADA or the manufacturer, then this Limited Warranty gives you specific legal rights and is the only warranty Omix-ADA makes in connection with your purchase. Omix-ADA neither assumes nor authorizes any manufacturer, vendor, retailer, other person or entity to assume for it any other obligation or liability in connection with its products or this Limited Warranty.

What is Covered?

Subject to the terms, exclusions and limitations herein and with respect only to products first sold in the United States, Omix-ADA warrants to the initial retail purchaser (“purchaser”) only that when installed and used on purchaser’s vehicle according to supplied product installation instructions and/or warnings, purchaser’s Omix-ADA product shall be free of defects in material and workmanship for five (5) years. This Limited Warranty shall be measured from the date of initial retail purchase, extends only to the initial retail purchaser and is not transferable. All other express or implied warranties are hereby disclaimed, including but not limited to implied warranties or merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose. Omix-ADA reserves the right to: (a.) require proof of purchase as a condition of this Limited Warranty, please use warranty registration card, (b.) make future revisions to this product or it’s Limited Warranty without obligation to conform existing product or provide purchaser with prior notice.

What is Not Covered?

Your Omix-ADA Limited Warranty does not cover damage or claims to any component, vehicle or person other than the Omix-ADA product purchased. Your Limited Warranty does not cover damage or claims to any component, vehicle or person Omix-ADA determines to have been damaged by or subjected to:

Inadequate mounting or installation, water, alteration, modification, misuse or failure to maintain
Damage in any part attributable to: (a.) vehicle systems or components (including electronic stability control) or (b.) combination with non-Omix-ADA products
Normal wear and tear/product deterioration
Scratches or defects in product finishes or damage due to shipping
Accidents, impact by rocks, trees, obstacles or other aspects of the use environment
Theft, vandalism or other negligent or intentional damage

RUGGED RIDGE LIMITED LIFETIME WARRANTY FOR FLOOR LINERS

This Rugged Ridge product is covered by the Limited Lifetime Warranty explained below that gives you specific legal rights. This limited warranty is the only warranty Rugged Ridge makes in connection with your product purchase. Parts sold by Rugged Ridge but supplied by other vendors are exclusively warranted by the vendor supplying the part. Rugged Ridge neither assumes nor authorizes any vendor, retailer or other person or entity to assume for it any other obligation or liability in connection with this product or Limited Warranty.

What is Covered?

What is Not Covered?

Your Rugged Ridge Limited Warranty does not cover products or parts supplied to Rugged Ridge by outside vendors or products, parts or vehicles Rugged Ridge determines to have been damaged by or subjected to:

Installation damage, alteration, modification or failure to maintain
Normal scuffs, fading, scratches, wear and tear
Racing or other vehicle competitions or contests. Accidents, impact by rocks, trees, obstacles or other aspects of the environment
Theft, vandalism or other intentional damage

Not So Bad

The locks supplied is different from what is advertised. Whilst the advertised lock has only one loop at one end the lock supplied has loops at both ends. I had to squeeze the loop to get it through the hole on my car cover. It would have been impossible to use if the hole on the car cover were to be a bit smaller. Other than that it's a good buy for the price.

Perfect Security Device

The car cover and cable kit is the perfect feature in securing the car cover for my Nissan 370z. After purchasing the cable kit, I can rest a little better knowing the car cover theft will have a hard time stealing the car cover.
