The Rolls Royce Ghost is a luxury 4-door sedan, which was named in honor of the first British company’s vehicle (The Silver Ghost model produced in 1906). The Ghost is more affordable and practical than the Phantom, launched in 2003 by Rolls Royce Motor Cars Ltd (BMW, Germany). The F-class vehicle, equipped with an eight-speed ZF automatic transmission and a 6.6 L BMW N74 engine, was first presented in 2009 at the Frankfurt Motor show. Two years later, the new Ghost concept with an extended wheelbase was introduced. The Ghost became the most powerful Rolls Royce F-class vehicle ever produced by the legendary manufacturer between 1906 and 2009. The Ghost model was last updated in 2014 (Ghost Series II).
