    Good Part, No Refund.
    The part was good, no problems with it, and it does the job well. However, I purchased this part and sent the old core back about two months ago and have yet to recive a refund for the core deposit.

    The product looked good, seems to be working, outstanding to this point, the turnaround on the repair was as advertised. I would recommend anyone working with RMT to use them directly and if possible eliminate the third person.

    Malfunction Part
    Bought strut the sensor was bad so got charge twice from dealership.

    Great Performance and Even Greater Value
    Replacing this air strut at the dealership was going to cost about $2800 with labor, so I decided to give this a try. The strut assembly cost me $350 plus the core deposit, and installation by a European car repair specialist was $130. I've been driving on the rebuilt strut for a week, and so far it has performed perfectly. I'm a fan!

    Like New
    The product looks like brand new. Even though it’s refurbish. This strut works great, not just that the installation was easy, quality is great just like a brand new. I would recommend this refurbish over the brand new ones. A lot cheaper on price, but very good quality just like the new ones.

    Bad Buy
    Straight to the point: one strut leaked liked there was no tomorrow. I was very disappointed in the product, it was leaking from the top area.

    Air Strut from CARiD
    Product was received promptly and in apparent good shape. However after installation, the air strut was found to be leaking and therefore did not work. The product was returned to CARiD.

    Very Nice, High Quality
    Looks and feels substantial. I got a Chinese unit from e-Bay which failed after 6 months. This one feels significantly more substantial in the hands. The ride quality is as expected. Installation is straight forward. The company has a good reputation for quality and has a history of working with people if they have trouble. At these prices, you can replace all four shocks for the price of one new OEM. Time will tell how it holds up, but I plan on using these again in the future.
