Lifetime warranty.

This warranty applies to anything company have manufactured.

The warranty applies to whoever rightfully owns it now.

If something goes wrong which company determine was RKI fault RKI will repair or replace your product. The warranty doesn’t apply to normal wear and tear.

Be sure to call your local distributor if you have a problem. RKI need the opportunity to talk to you about it. RKI may ask you to email us pictures or ship the product back to us for inspection.

Parts that RKI use but don’t manufacture are covered to the extent of the warranty company get from the company that does manufacture them.

No loss of use coverage. No freight coverage. Repairs have to be authorized by us, in writing, in advance. No coverage if the product has been changed in any way.

To qualify for warranty the product must have been treated with respect in regard to normal installation, maintenance, and usage.

Accidents and acts of God aren't covered.

This warranty will be in effect until RKI decide to change it.

I am in the oilfield and we use RKI on our service trucks. When shopping for my personal truck, I wanted the best and shopped several other brands in addition to RKI for a long time to find the right box. The quality and price for this was an easy decision. It arrived very quickly and in perfect shape. Spent a little time adding LED lighting and then easily installed. Very nice product. Will definitely shop CARiD again.

Toolbox

RKI® TC10820 - TC-Series Single Lid Top Compartment Box

Everything was just fine. The box is very nice and it is the only one being made out there as we speak. If I was to complain at all it would be about the price. I think it is a little expensive for as heavy as it is, but again that is not a legitimate complaint I have no problems with this product. I did ask the salesman if it came with dividers and he said no. When I did get the box, guess what it had in there? Dividers, so it would be nice for the sales people to know their product a little better. Just a little constructive criticism. Again I have no problems with this product. Very very nice box.

I’ll Finish It!!!!

RKI® C63LPNA - C-Series Low Profile Narrow Single Lid Crossover Tool Box

This toolbox is well built. The only problem was none of the edges were finished. It was cut and left jagged which is pretty lazy considering the price. 1.5 hours with a Dremel and I can now stick my arm in without snagging. Also had to argue with the delivery driver to let me inspect it.

Good Box, Horrible Mounting Hardware

RKI® M58U-1NMB - M-Series Standard Single Lid Chest Tool Box with Slant

Box is great, unfortunately the mounting hardware is just some cheap rubber well nuts. Needs to be something stronger since you can rip box out of bed after installing with supplied hardware.

Well Built Tool Box

This is a very nice well built tool box. But as I took the cardboard off of it I noticed it was badly scratched and had a dent in the side. I went ahead and installed it due to needing to get my tools loaded for a job.
