Anti-Flicker Harness (H4/H13 Bulbs) by Rigid Industries®. This adapter will store power during on-time, and deliver power during off-time, allowing the lamp to receive consistent energy delivery.

Electronics are sealed in epoxy to resist damage caused by corrosion and/or moisture
The PWM electrical system turns the lamps energy on and off extremely fast. Incandescent bulbs are too slow to respond, so flickering isn't seen. This system is used to reduce the power to an incandescent bulb, extending bulb life.
