    Trunk stays up!
    finally, my trunk lid stays up! no more bumps on my head. pretty sturdy and reliable so far. wish it was a bit cheaper tho.

    this was a cheap fix for an annoying problem. Its holding up well so far, which is all i wanted. The price is unbeatable too.

    Did the job but could be better
    I installed this lift support on my 2007 Element to replace the weak old one. it holds up the trunk, but after about three months it started feeling a little less stable when fully opened. If you open the trunk a lot, might want to invest in something stronger.
