Disappointing durability.
After just a few months, the mirror's heating element failed. Disappointed given the initial performance was good.

Mirror vibrates a bit

Perfect
Looks just like the original, my 2017 Kia Rio is black. I took the old one off, unplugged the wiring harness, plugged the new one in and put the screws back in. Worked perfect! Directions would've been nice but it was simple. 2 day shipping made it even better.
