    Honestly, it looks and functions just like the original one, maybe even a bit smoother on the folding mechanism.

    Problem Solver for My ILX
    After a minor side collision, my original mirror was a goner. This replacement not only fit perfectly but the heated feature is a godsend in Chicago winters. It's like it never happened!

    Perfect
    Looks just like the original, my 2017 Kia Rio is black. I took the old one off, unplugged the wiring harness, plugged the new one in and put the screws back in. Worked perfect! Directions would've been nice but it was simple. 2 day shipping made it even better.

    Fits But NOT Silver - Is Chrome
    This replacement part fit the specified car make & model, however, it is chrome and not the intended silver color that I needed.

    Customer service was excellent. I ordered a driver side mirror. The first shipment was not correct as I requested. The second shipment was half correct. The outer shell casing should have been all mate finish. I received the second shipment, but the top half was a smooth. The bottom half was a mate finish. Needless to say, the driver side and passenger side do not match.
