Good, but Heated Feature Slow
Mirror fits and looks as expected, but the heated feature takes longer to clear the mirror than I’d like. Driving through a blizzard last month, it struggled to keep up, making visibility a challenge at times.

Perfect
Looks just like the original, my 2017 Kia Rio is black. I took the old one off, unplugged the wiring harness, plugged the new one in and put the screws back in. Worked perfect! Directions would've been nice but it was simple. 2 day shipping made it even better.
