    Works but feels cheap
    Mirror fits and functions fine, but it doesn’t feel as solid as the original. The plastic feels a bit flimsy to me.

    Better than taping the old mirror!
    I bought this to replace my cracked passenger-side mirror. It works fine, but I do miss the heating feature from the old one in winter. I guess you get what you pay for at this price, but it's still better than taping the old mirror back together. Functionally, it’s all good.

    Perfect
    Looks just like the original, my 2017 Kia Rio is black. I took the old one off, unplugged the wiring harness, plugged the new one in and put the screws back in. Worked perfect! Directions would've been nice but it was simple. 2 day shipping made it even better.

    Fits But NOT Silver - Is Chrome
    This replacement part fit the specified car make & model, however, it is chrome and not the intended silver color that I needed.

    Customer service was excellent. I ordered a driver side mirror. The first shipment was not correct as I requested. The second shipment was half correct. The outer shell casing should have been all mate finish. I received the second shipment, but the top half was a smooth. The bottom half was a mate finish. Needless to say, the driver side and passenger side do not match.
