    Difficult to Adjust Initially
    The mirror works well, but it was quite difficult to adjust it to the right angle at first. Took some time to get it right.

    Perfect
    Looks just like the original, my 2017 Kia Rio is black. I took the old one off, unplugged the wiring harness, plugged the new one in and put the screws back in. Worked perfect! Directions would've been nice but it was simple. 2 day shipping made it even better.
