    Good enough
    This manual mirror is pretty basic, but honestly, it’s all I needed. The texture doesn’t match perfectly with the factory finish, but for under $50, it’s hard to complain. I mainly drive in town, so I don’t miss the power features. If you're just looking for a no-frills, affordable replacement, this is it.

    Decent replacement, a bit of a downgrade
    I had to replace my original power mirror, and this one is okay, but going back to manual adjustment is kind of a hassle. I miss the power feature, especially when I'm in a hurry or the weather is bad. The mirror works fine, but it feels like a step backward. It’s not bad, just not as convenient as what I had before. The mirror quality is decent though, and it’s sturdy enough for the price.

    Perfect
    Looks just like the original, my 2017 Kia Rio is black. I took the old one off, unplugged the wiring harness, plugged the new one in and put the screws back in. Worked perfect! Directions would've been nice but it was simple. 2 day shipping made it even better.

    Fits But NOT Silver - Is Chrome
    This replacement part fit the specified car make & model, however, it is chrome and not the intended silver color that I needed.

    Customer service was excellent. I ordered a driver side mirror. The first shipment was not correct as I requested. The second shipment was half correct. The outer shell casing should have been all mate finish. I received the second shipment, but the top half was a smooth. The bottom half was a mate finish. Needless to say, the driver side and passenger side do not match.
