Warranty

Any Recon products that are found to be defective in either material or craftsmanship will be covered under warranty as stated below. Lighting products that require electrical 12-volt power during operation are covered for a period of 90 days following the original purchase date. If any Recon product proves to be defective within the warranty period, Recon will, at its discretion, either repair or replace it with the same or similar product at no cost to you.

This warranty does not cover any damage caused by improper installation, road hazard, accident, racing, misuse, alteration or normal wear and tear. This warranty excludes all incidental or consequential damages unless otherwise provided by law. All applicable implied warranties, including the implied warranties of merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose, are limited in duration to the duration of this warranty, unless otherwise provided by law.

Some states do not allow limitations on how long an implied warranty lasts or the exclusion or limitation of incidental or consequential damages, so the above limitation may not apply to you. Well, the light fits, but it was no plug and play. I had to cut the connections and make the joints myself. Also, I would not say it's super bright, if anything I would call it a little dim.

Awesome Looking Light

Recon® - Black/Smoke Fiber Optic LED 3rd Brake Light

Quick and easy install. 10 minutes max. Great looking on my 2019 F150. Now I have to locate black mounting screws as the chrome factory screws look like a sore thumb.

This light looks great, especially with the smoked dome lights from Recon. The lights are bright and very noticeable. Installation was as easy as removing the old one and plugging in the new one! I would highly recommend if you are going for "that look".

The product I purchased is exactly what I was hoping for. There was plenty of images, very thorough description of the product, and a very wide selection of options to choose from! I love the fact that you can select the type of vehicle you have and it automatically only shows the products that will fit that specific vehicle! That right there is usually half the battle trying to find out if the product is compatible with your vehicle. It can't get better than that!
