Element3™ Plain Solid Rear Brake Rotor (680931FZN) by Raybestos®. Quantity: 1 Per Pack. Open-wheel designs on modern vehicles leave brake parts, particularly rotors, more exposed to the elements. If a rotor is uncoated, corrosion and red rust begin to form immediately. Raybestos® Element3 coated rotors use a propriety finishing technology to coat each rotor’s entire surface, including the cooling vanes. The full Grey Fusion 4.0™ coating helps resist corrosion and significantly delays rust-induced performance issues.

Design and Material: Raybestos RPT Rust Prevention Technology™ rotors are developed from OE samples and made with G3000-qualified material, guaranteeing form, fit and function for a dependable performance.

Coating: Raybestos coated rotors are coated on their entire surface with a proprietary full Grey Fusion 4.0™ coating. The rotors are put through 300 plus hours of salt spray testing, which:

Exceeds the OE requirement for car and truck rotors
Certifies the coating prevents rust and corrosion

SAE Standard for Tensile Strength: Raybestos rotors meet the SAE standard for tensile strength, providing structural integrity and a maximum service life.

RAYBESTOS® BRAKE PRODUCTS LIMITED WARRANTY

Limited Warranty (for purchases made on or after April 30, 2018)

Brake Parts Inc LLC (BPI) warrants to the original purchaser that all Raybestos® Brake Products (other than Calipers, which are covered under the Raybestos® Caliper Limited Warranty) will be free from non-conformities in materials and workmanship. The “original purchaser” is the person who purchases the product from an authorized installer or retailer in North America. If the Raybestos® brake product is found to have non-conformities in material or workmanship, BPI will repair or replace the non-conforming product, at its sole discretion.

The original purchaser is the only warranty holder. This Limited Warranty is not transferable. This Limited Warranty does not include labor or towing costs. BPI will not be responsible for any costs incurred in the removal, replacement, installation or reinstallation of the non-conforming Raybestos® brake product or of any other parts or components necessary for such removal, replacement, installation or reinstallation required for restoring the vehicle to its intended operating condition.

This Limited Warranty does not cover any product when loss is due to misuse, alteration, accident, damage, abuse, neglect, improper installation of the product, improper application, use for a vehicle or purpose not designed for, or modification/customization from its original manufactured state. Normal wear is not a non-conformity in material or workmanship. This Limited Warranty only applies to Raybestos® brake products (other than calipers) installed on passenger cars, vans and non-commercial light trucks and commercial vehicles, including, fleet, security, municipal / public service vehicles that have a G.V.W.R. up to14,000 lbs. This Limited Warranty does not apply to products installed on vehicles or equipment used for the following: towing, racing, competition, off-highway recreational, off-highway competition, off-highway equipment; or vehicles of any kind with a G.V.W.R. in excess of 14,000 lbs.; or aircraft/aviation, marine, agriculture or industrial applications.

RAYBESTOS® CALIPER LIMITED WARRANTY

Raybestos® Caliper Limited Warranty (for purchases made on or after May 1, 2017)

Brake Parts Inc LLC (BPI) warrants to the original purchaser for the lesser of the duration listed in the applicable category of the Warranty Duration chart, that all Raybestos® Calipers, will be free from non-conformities in materials and workmanship. The “original purchaser” is the person who purchases the product from an authorized installer or retailer in North America. If the Raybestos® Caliper product is found to have non-conformities in material or workmanship, BPI will repair or replace the non-conforming product, at its sole discretion.
