Element3™ Enhanced Hybrid Technology Brake Pads by Raybestos®. Gain a new level of control and confidence with Element3™ brake pads with Enhanced Hybrid Technology (EHT™). Very High Quality Production and Advances In Tech
First company to make a hybrid ceramic semi metallic pad for long life, quiet braking, the shims are soft and noise free with rubber layer, comes with hardware. Will buy again for next service

Raybestos-Element Hybrid Brake Pads
Toyota Rav's are known for poor braking. I replaced the front pads with the new Raybestos Element3 Pad and what a difference. These brakes are much more progressive and don't feel as if your getting "pushed" thru an intersection like the factory pad do.

Cheap and Easy!
Wow 13.99 for rear break pads. Installation was easy, look like good quality. Let's just hope they don't bit me in the a**, because I was broke. We will see.

Perfect Choice
There are so many brake pad manufacturers on the market, but my mechanic recommended me Raybestos. After installing they work perfect. Same like OEM but no squealing and less dust on my wheels now. The best quality for such price.
