Product Details

Venturi Jet Pump Kit by Radium®. The Radium Engineering Jet Pump is an effective device for drawing fuel from one side of a fuel tank to the other. Fuel flowing through the venturi creates vacuum in the perpendicular port. The effectiveness of this vacuum is demonstrated in the video above. OEM jet pumps are commonly found in vehicles with saddle-style fuel tanks (RWD or AWD drivetrains) and are designed for factory fuel pump flow rates. When a higher flowing pump is installed, the factory jet pumps becomes a major restriction in the return line causing high fuel pressure. In some cases drilling out the OEM jet pump can relieve the pressure, but the function of the jet pump is then compromised. The Radium Engineering Jet Pump is designed for high flow aftermarket pumps and includes different venturi orifices to match a wide range of pump flow rates. The Radium Venturi Jet Pump uses a machined aluminum housing that is anodized and laser engraved. The kit includes 3 interchangeable orifices that were precisely calculated and vacuum pressure tested with multiple pump combinations. OEM jet pumps are commonly found in vehicles with saddle-style fuel tanks (RWD or AWD drivetrains) and are designed for factory fuel pump flow rates. When a higher flowing pump is installed, the factory jet pumps becomes a major restriction in the return line causing high fuel pressure. In some cases drilling out the OEM jet pump can relieve the pressure, but the function of the jet pump is then compromised. The Radium Engineering Jet Pump is designed for high flow aftermarket pumps and includes different venturi orifices to match a wide range of pump flow rates.

The Radium Venturi Jet Pump uses a machined aluminum housing that is anodized and laser engraved. The kit includes 3 interchangeable orifices that were precisely calculated and vacuum pressure tested with multiple pump combinations. Consult the installation instructions (link above) for additional details on installation and use. All 3 hose barbs connections are compatible with 5/16" or 3/8" ID hose. Also, the crossover siphon port can be easily adapted to common hoses as it uses 6AN ORB (9/16-18 O-ring) female threads.

Warranty

All Radium brand products are subject to a 1 Year Limited Warranty from the date of original purchase. If a product fails, it will be repaired or replaced at Radium option when it has been determined by Radium to have failed due to defects in materials or workmanship. Warranty claims must be made by the original purchaser.

This warranty is limited to repair or replacement of the merchandise only and shall not, in no event, exceed the original purchase price. Radium will not be held responsible for secondary or consequential damages or costs (including labor, towing, etc.) incurred due to failure of this product

This warranty applies to the original purchaser only and is non-transferrable. Improper use, installation, modification, abuse, or unauthorized repairs or alterations voids this warranty. Credit for defective products will be issued pending inspection by Radium. This warranty does not extend to third party products often used in Radium Engineering products, such as fuel pumps, turbochargers, or any other non-Radium brand products.
