Product Details

Fuel Surge Tank Trap Door Check Valve by Radium®. Multiple check valves are commonly used within a fuel cell collector box to protect against fuel slosh. The check valve functions similar to a trap door and keeps fuel contained in the collector box no matter what direction the vehicle is shifting. The check valves feature a large 1" ball for maximum flow. The 2 piece housing is machined from 6061 aluminum and anodized for corrosion resistance. Unlike round drilled hole variations, this design features full travel slots to prevent the ball from getting stuck in a hole and to promote quick filling. All materials are compatible to be used in gasoline and all alcohol blends such as E85.

All Radium brand products are subject to a 1 Year Limited Warranty from the date of original purchase. If a product fails, it will be repaired or replaced at Radium option when it has been determined by Radium to have failed due to defects in materials or workmanship. Warranty claims must be made by the original purchaser.

This warranty is limited to repair or replacement of the merchandise only and shall not, in no event, exceed the original purchase price. Radium will not be held responsible for secondary or consequential damages or costs (including labor, towing, etc.) incurred due to failure of this product

This warranty applies to the original purchaser only and is non-transferrable. Improper use, installation, modification, abuse, or unauthorized repairs or alterations voids this warranty. Credit for defective products will be issued pending inspection by Radium. This warranty does not extend to third party products often used in Radium Engineering products, such as fuel pumps, turbochargers, or any other non-Radium brand products.
