Needless to say how crucial the right air/fuel mixture is for safe and efficient operation of your engine. A rich or lean mixture may cause the heart of your vehicle to overheat, resulting in the premature failure of your engine and exhaust system components, especially the catalytic converter. To prevent that from happening, you may use one of pyrometers or, to be more precise, EGT gauges we carry to monitor the temperature of your exhaust gases. It will provide you with instant temperature readings, and will let you know if your engine runs inefficiently.
