This Limited Warranty is made as of the date of first retail purchase and is extended only to the initial retail purchaser.

12 Volt Lighting Products: Limited Warranty term is one year from date of initial retail sale (however there are extended warranties on the emergency and other light fixtures - stated in the product description)
