Fuel Air Separation System by PureFlow AirDog®. Get exceptional engine performance and increased fuel economy with this system. It is designed to provide fuel at flows and pressures beyond the maximum requirements of the engine. This patented fuel air separation system removes various contaminates and entrained air/vapor from diesel fuel as well as excess fuel not needed by the engine.
Experience the power of pure diesel fuel reaching your engine, resulting in enhanced engine performance, increased fuel economy and torque output. This patented Fuel Preporator by AirDog removes various large contaminates that could damage or jam the gerotor fuel pump. The entrained air/water vapor is separated and then is discharged through the positive fuel air separation features.
The air/vapor enters the return port after the regulator, allowing pure fuel to flow to the engine at a regulated positive pressure. This system also removes fuel not needed by the engine allowing the fuel to flow through the regulator and return to the fuel tank. The AirDog features the single piece pump body that replaces the old 3 piece pump design reducing the number of parts, unit size, and weight. This results in a sleek, low profile pump assembly and eliminates the need for leaky, messy gaskets. No drilling is required for installation.
