I bought these rocking chairs to take on camping trips, but they are so comfortable we sit in them almost every day. They are very sturdy and support a man weighing 260 with no problem. The seat and back is wide enough that you don't feel scrunched up. I only wish they had a cup holder. :)

I ordered 2 of these rockers thinking they would be nice for camping. The seat is very short, which would still work except for the fact that you are falling forward, almost falling out of the chair! They should have designed it so it leans back more. I am 5' 3', my husband is 5' 7", and it works like that for both of us and our 11 year old daughter! So before I unwrapped the second chair, I checked to see if I could return them. Yes, I could have, but I would have had to pay not only the return shipping, but also a return fee! Plus try to find clear wrap to wrap it in, which is how they came. So I will have to keep them, and I'm going to look for a low footstool to rest our feet on, which is the only thing I can think of that would make them usuable. So disappointed.
