Great Addition to the Camaro
Time for new brakes means time for upgrades. 2016 Camaro LT with stock JL9 brakes. Upgraded to the Z23 Evolution Sport pads and rotors for looks and performance.

Powerstop Geomet Plain Rotors
So far, after approx. 100 miles, the brakes work well. I had Powerstop cross drilled and slotted rotor prior to the replacement with these plain rotors. The cross drilled and slotted rotors and ceramic pads started to make a lot of noise during hard braking, after around 50K miles. I noticed that the rear brakes rotors slots were packed with brake material on the inside surface when I examined them after removal.

Better Than Any OEM Rotors, Calipers and Pads
I started using these on my Avalon and my wife's Lexus RX-350 about 3 years ago. I drive a lot of miles - in excess of 50,000 a year and have just recently replaced the front rotors and pads on the Avalon. Back ones are still fine. I have 250K miles on the Avalon and the calipers were still in great shape - and the pads were still in good shape. I have had them on for about 100K - but unfortunately - the front rotors did warp - that is why I ordered this set to replace them. My wife drives much less but has had no problems over the last several thousand miles. We both have the powdered coated calipers and doubt I will ever order any other rotors/pads or calipers again. In spite of the warping issue - 100K is a lot of miles - so I am not complaining. CARiD is where I go for almost everything I order for my cars - people are great to work with and I recently ordered the front bearing kits for my Avalon. Find a good mechanic you can trust that will put them on - many will not let you furnish parts.

Brake Kit
Easy ordering. Fast free shipping. Packaged very well. All hardware included. Installation has been non-eventful. Definitely recommend. Still have to install rear axle kits. Didn't realize I have to pull hubs to replace discs, so, didn't get new seals!! Looking forward to better brakes!

As Expected; Great for my Daughters Car
I’ve had drilled/slotted rotors previously. The Manufacturers rotors are subpar, so I wanted to improve the fronts for my daughter, vs. surfacing the factory rotors. Surprising affordable! I whole-heartedly recommend the initial break-in (Bedding) after install.
