POWER STOP 1-CLICK BRAKE KITS (Z16, Z23, Z26, Z36, ESK, K26, K36, AND Z37 PERFORMANCE KITS EXCLUDING CALIPER KITS), PURCHASED AND INSTALLED AS A KIT:
If a customer is not satisfied with the quality and performance of a kit for any reason within 60 days of the invoice date or the installation date by a professional technician (an invoice from the installation shop is required), and the required break-in procedure was implemented, Power Stop LLC will provide a one-time exchange of the kit for a new one. This no-questions-asked, 60-day warranty must be facilitated by the authorized Power Stop retailer.
Power Stop LLC warrants this product to be free from defects and poor workmanship for 3 years from the purchase date or 36,000 miles of use, whichever occurs first. Power Stop LLC is not responsible for its products when they are subjected to misuse, abuse, improper application, improper installation, or accident. This warranty includes rotor cracking. The 3-year/36,000-mile warranty excludes failure of components due to disc thickness variation (DTV*), usually indicated by brake pulsation. Normal wear is not covered by this warranty.

The 90-day/3,000-mile warranty excludes failure of components due to disc thickness variation (DTV*), usually indicated by brake pulsation. Normal wear is not covered by this warranty.
POWER STOP ROTORS OR PADS PURCHASED SEPARATELY (DSL, EVC, RTR, Z16, ESP, PST, Z23, Z26, Z36):
Power Stop LLC warrants its rotors and pads to be free from defects in materials or workmanship for 30 days from the purchase date or 500 miles of use, whichever occurs first. Power Stop LLC is not responsible for its products when they are subjected to misuse, abuse, improper application, improper installation, or accident. This 30-day/500-mile warranty excludes failure of components due to disc thickness variation (DTV*), usually indicated by brake pulsation. Normal wear is not covered by this warranty.
POWER STOP CALIPERS PURCHASED SEPARATELY:
Power Stop LLC warrants this product to be free from defects in workmanship and materials for 90 days from the purchase date or 3,000 miles of use, whichever occurs first. This warranty also covers a leaking caliper, provided an approved brake fluid is used. Power Stop LLC is not responsible for its products when they are subjected to misuse, abuse, improper application, improper installation, or accident. This warranty excludes failure of components due to use of silicone-based DOT 5 brake fluid or other types of racing brake fluid. This warranty also excludes stripped bleeder and banjo bolt holes caused by over-tightening.
GENERAL PROVISIONS (CAL, OEC, DBU, SBH, SEN, SHS, TDK, TDS):
This warranty does not cover damage caused by negligence, lack of maintenance, accident, abnormal operations, racing or improper installation or service. This warranty does not cover labor costs, and Power Stop LLC will not pay for or provide labor or materials that may be necessary to remove a product or install a replacement product. Power Stop neither makes nor implies any other suitability for purposes other than those expressly warranted here and is not liable for any form of consequential damages, losses or costs.
Any warranty claim accepted by Power Stop will be compensated by replacement with a product of equivalent value. This warranty applies to the original purchaser and is non-transferable. The freight cost is not included in warranty compensation. The consumer is responsible for any freight charges. Any and all warranty claims must be processed through the authorized Power Stop retailer and require proof of purchase.
*The primary cause of DTV, or “warped brake rotors,” stems from using an improper break-in procedure or executing long stops from high speeds without properly releasing the brake pedal after coming to a stop.
