Euro-Stop is the first ever brake kit for Euro applications with ECE-R90 certified components that are perfectly matched for your European vehicle. This kit is specially designed for owners who prefer their brakes to be Original Equipment quality. Throughout the European Union ECE-R90 certification is required for all replacement brake pads and disc brake rotors sold. The Euro-Stop brake kit contains a set of pads, rotors, sensors (where applicable) and hardware (where applicable). Euro-Stop disc brake rotors are cast using high-carbon metallurgy to improve the coefficient of friction for increased performance, to optimize thermal conductivity for resistance to thermal distortion and cracking, and to improve damping to greatly reduce the possibility of brake pad squeal. Euro-Stop disc brake rotors are machined to OE specifications for quiet, smooth braking without pulsation. Patented GEOMET coating is applied to each rotor to resist corrosion. POWERSTOP PERFORMANCE BRAKE KITS WITH AND WITHOUT CALIPERS (KIT, K26, K36, MDK, ESK, KCL, C26, C36, MDC), PURCHASED AND INSTALLED AS A KIT:

If a customer is not satisfied with the quality and performance of a kit for any reason within 60 days of the invoice date or the installation date by a professional technician (an invoice from the installation shop is required), and the required break-in procedure was implemented, PowerStop LLC will provide a one-time exchange of the kit for a new one. This no-questions-asked, 60 day warranty must be facilitated by the authorized PowerStop retailer.

PowerStop LLC warrants this product to be free from defects and poor workmanship for 3 years from the purchase date or 36,000 miles of use, whichever occurs first. The product, when properly installed on the type of vehicle prescribed, and in which a defect in workmanship and material is found, will be exchanged free of charge if returned to the seller who is authorized to give this warranty. Nice Brakes-Except..

Everything arrived in good order and the product is of high quality. The clips that shipped with the rear set had the wrong kind with the package and I had to reuse the old ones. My car has vented rotors on the back as the rotors you sent were. The clips sent with the same package are for an un-vented solid rotor.

Powerstop Geomet Plain Rotors

So far, after approx. 100 miles, the brakes work well. I had Powerstop cross drilled and slotted rotor prior to the replacement with these plain rotors. The cross drilled and slotted rotors and ceramic pads started to make a lot of noise during hard braking, after around 50K miles. I noticed that the rear brakes rotors slots were packed with brake material on the inside surface when I examined them after removal.

Better Than Any OEM Rotors, Calipers and Pads

I started using these on my Avalon and my wife's Lexus RX-350 about 3 years ago. I drive a lot of miles - in excess of 50,000 a year and have just recently replaced the front rotors and pads on the Avalon. Back ones are still fine. I have 250K miles on the Avalon and the calipers were still in great shape - and the pads were still in good shape. I have had them on for about 100K - but unfortunately - the front rotors did warp - that is why I ordered this set to replace them. My wife drives much less but has had no problems over the last several thousand miles. We both have the powdered coated calipers and doubt I will ever order any other rotors/pads or calipers again. In spite of the warping issue - 100K is a lot of miles - so I am not complaining. CARiD is where I go for almost everything I order for my cars - people are great to work with and I recently ordered the front bearing kits for my Avalon. Find a good mechanic you can trust that will put them on - many will not let you furnish parts.
