Pentofrost™ E G13 Long-Life 50/50 Prediluted Engine Coolant by Pentosin®. Pentofrost E is an environmentally friendly Antifreeze CONCENTRATE for multipurpose applications in watercooled engines. This coolant provides the same exceptional performance as our Pentofrost ++ but it is utilizing a more environmentally friendly manufacturing process — now using glycerin in addition to our glycol base. It does not contain any nitrites, amines, or phosphorous containing additives. Pentofrost E protects all material used in cooling systems and is recommended for non-ferrous metals and year-round use. Pentofrost E can be used where the VW G11, G12, G12+, G12++, G13, and MB G40 are required. Meets ASTM D-3306.

LIMITED WARRANTY

Seller warrants that the goods and/or services sold by it are free from defects in material and/or workmanship under normal use for a period commencing upon the date of purchase and continuing for 2 years/24,000 miles (whichever occurs first.) This Limited Warranty does not cover defects or damage (i) due to failure to use the good for its intended purpose, (ii) resulting from accident, misuse, abuse, neglect, unauthorized alteration, or (iii) because the good was not installed and maintained in accordance with instructions. Any modification or corrective maintenance performed by anyone other than the Seller, without written authorization from Seller, shall void the warranty. The Seller will repair at its factory or replace, at its sole option, without charge any goods or part thereof, upon (i) written notification concerning the claimed defect, including the date purchased and the problem encountered and (ii) when Seller’s inspection discloses any such defects. All items to be repaired or replaced may only be returned to Seller within the warranty period in the event a RMA has been obtained from the Seller. THIS WARRANTY SHALL BE IN LIEU OF ALL OTHER WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO ANY WARRANTY OF MERCHANTABILITY OR FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE. IN NO EVENT SHALL SELLER BE LIABLE FOR INCIDENTAL OR CONSEQUENATIAL DAMAGES. (Some states do not allow the exclusion or limitation of incidental or consequential damages, so this exclusion might not be applicable).

Seller’s employees or representatives’ oral or written statements, or any description or specification of goods or any other written statements do not constitute any warranty. This Limited Warranty states the entire obligation of Seller with respect to the goods and/or services.
