Tight Fit. Well Made.
Ordered the metallic ceramic coated header for my 1962 Volvo PV544. Delivery was fast. Quality was excellent. Instructions were very thorough. Header fit like a glove. Close to top of the oil filter but, only because I use a larger diameter filter than stock. The only problem is the exhaust flange extends too far towards the rear and hits the floor panel. I had to cut off about 1 inch of a reinforcing plate to get bolts in. The flange is snug up against the floor panel. I might have to take the header off and modify the panel for some clearance so the header is not in a bind. I believe this could be eliminated if the flange was moved 2 inches closer to the tube collection point. It really looks good. I'm sure when all is done, it will perform great.
