Stainless Steel Heater Hose Clamp by Omix-ADA®. The heater core is located in a case under the dash, and is connected into the engine cooling system. It is usually made of copper or aluminum and consists of tubes to carry the coolant and fins to transfer heat to the passenger cabin. As the coolant circulates through the core, the blower motor blows air through the core, warming the interior. If testing proves that the heater core in your Jeep is faulty, Omix-Ada has the correct replacement that will restore heater operation and performance.

The most common cause for heater core replacement is leakage. Wet carpet and a slimy film on the windows accompanied by the somewhat sweet smell of anti-freeze are sure indicators of a leaking heater core. If in doubt the cooling systems should be pressure tested. The heater core can also become plugged, in which case heater performance will be less than satisfactory.
A properly functioning heater core is critical to heating system operation. They can supply you with the replacement heater core that is specifically made for your Jeep from the Jeep experts at Omix-ADA. The heater core is warranted to the original purchaser to be free of defects in materials and workmanship for a period of 5 years from date of initial purchase.
