Customer Service
So when I first ordered this product it got back ordered for a month, the customer service was very attentive and assured me this is normal because it they have to manufacture said products before they ship. As far as quality the steering wheel looks as it does in the picture, and feels good in the hands. 5/5 for customer service.

Suede With Black Spokes
This wheel is amazing and feels great. Very solid, would definitely recommend. One thing I wish someone told me was that suede bleeds for a while until it's broken in.
The steerig wheel looks and feels amazing. The only problem is the 6 center bolts, the wheel comes with. They will strip with the first time use so trash the ones it comes with and spend more money on NRG bolts that should be included in the first place.

Absolutely Loved but Disappointed
I absolutely loved it! It took me awhile to switch over the steering wheel to this one mainly because I was focused on the outside of my project car but only after a month of installing it the lining of the steering wheel has started to already pull apart. After a week or so driving the screws that hold the steering wheel to the main hub start to become loose as im driving making the steering wheel hard to steer unless you carry the Allen ranch to tighten the screws. I was definitely excited to add this to my car but man, I am very disappointed how it turn out after only a month of driving.

Perfect
This steering wheel is amazing. It is exactly what I was looking for and is EXTREMELY GOOD QUALITY. This thing is sturdy as hell and I can tell it would take a lot to break this. The horn button is even nice and doesn't seem like one of those really cheap ones you can sometimes get. Installation was perfect, no issues at all and looks great with my cars red interior. NRG makes great products.
