Grips well, quiet
They do everything well. Mud, rocks, snow - they grip. They're way quieter than my old MTs. Can still hear them a little, but for a tire this aggressive I can't complain a lot. They're not as rough as some other all terrains I've had. Thinking of buying again when these wear out.

Awesome Hybrid Tire
Installed them on my 2024 Wrangler with a 2.5" lift, couldn't be happier! They look just like I expected them to and I love how they perform off road. Grip was fine even on loose terrain. On the road they ride well but do have a slight hum at highway speeds which is expected with a tire like this. Not a dealbreaker.

Best Mud Tire I've Owned!
I've run several different mud terrain tires on my 2012 Silverado 1500 Z71 but these are easily the best. Good traction, they grip in mud, loose dirt, and they don't feel sketchy on wet pavement. I expected them to be loud on the highway, but they're surprisingly quieter than other M/Ts I've had. Running them on 18x9 wheels with +12 offset.

Great All-Rounder
Running my second set of ridge grapplers. I got around 50k miles from the previous set. Smooth rides, noise is minimal up until 30k. They grip well on loose terrain, on dirt, on the rocks.

Highly Recommend
These plus a leveling kit made a world of difference in the look of my Ram. Just love their aggressive design! I was concerned how loud they would be with those large lugs and deep tread and hesitated about buying them. I’m glad that I gave them a try. The truth is that they aren’t noisy and are smooth which makes my ride comfortable.

Tough & Long-Lasting
I have 20.000 miles and they look okay. Guess, I’ll get 20K miles more out of them without any issues. Pretty quiet and smooth ride for tires with such a bold tread pattern. One day, I hit a curb dead on at approximately 35 mph. Yes, my fault, but you know what? There are no signs of damage on my tires. They are definitely worth their money. I will be buying them again.

The Best Tires I Have Used So Far
So far, these are performing very well. I haven't been able to test them is snow (due to it not being cold enough yet), but they look aggressive enough to perform well. When I tested them in mud, they plowed right through it with no problem. They have provided excellent traction on gravel, dirt, and pavement. They are also quiet on the highway, which is a massive improvement over my previous tires. To cut my rambling short, I would recommend these to anyone who wants good-looking tires that perform well.

Tires And Wheels / Leveling Kit
Love the service I got ordering tires rims and leveling kit, great prices, fast delivery. Tires are all they said, they'd be aggressive, yet quiet. Will be my go to store from this point on.

Question:
Will a 33x12.5x18 of this tire fit okay? I have a 2010 dodge 1500 sport.
NITTO® 217190 - RIDGE GRAPPLER (33X12.50R18 122Q)
Posted by Customer / December 22, 20222010 Dodge Ram
CARiD Answer:
If your 2010 Ram 1500 is at factory height, it will be a tight fit and you will likely have some rubbing in tight turns, especially if off-road. Usually we would recommend this tire size with a leveling kit or small lift.

Question:
Are Nitto Ridge Grappler Tires Directional?
NITTO® - RIDGE GRAPPLER
Posted by Customer / December 08, 2022

No, they aren't. They are non-directional radial tires, meaning they perform equally whatever their rotational direction.

Question:
How Is the Nitto Ridge Grappler in Snow?
NITTO® - RIDGE GRAPPLER
Posted by Customer / December 07, 2022

Question:
How Often Should I Rotate My Nitto Ridge Grapplers?
NITTO® - RIDGE GRAPPLER
Posted by Customer / December 07, 20222018 Ford F-150
CARiD Answer:
Typically, you can find rotation recommendations in your owner's manual. In case if there is no relevant information, you should consider rotating your tires every 6,000 miles or at least at every oil change (typically, every 7,500 miles). Surely, if uneven tread wear begins to appear, it should be done sooner.
Posted by CARiD Expert / December 07, 2022
Question:
Are Ridge Grapplers Noisy?
NITTO® - RIDGE GRAPPLER
Posted by Customer / December 07, 20222018 Ford Expedition
CARiD Answer:
Although they look tough, they deliver a pretty quiet ride. Unlike mud and all-terrain tires that are known for their tendency to be loud on the pavement, especially when driving at highway speeds, Nitto Ridge Grapplers don't produce droning noises or vibrate thanks to their variable pitch tread pattern. Surely, they aren't as quiet as highway tires. That means you can hear some slight hum when driving on the pavement.

Question:
Is the Ridge Grappler All Terrain?
NITTO® - RIDGE GRAPPLER
Posted by Customer / December 07, 2022
CARiD Answer:
This is true but only to some extent because the Ridge Grappler is a hybrid tire between A/T and M/T.
