Ideal Solution
The Napier 86000 Sportz is an ideal solution for a small family. It is probably too small for a 4 person 3 week holiday, but for 2 people it works very well. There is enough room in the tent for 4 people, but since it is a one room solution it is just not enough for a longer holiday for 4 people, a married couple without children could stay in it for a full holiday. It is quite easy to disconnect the car and drive away from the tent and connect again - for short trips in good weather the connecting tunnel can be left hanging on the tent, if it is windy it may be better to disconnect the tunnel from the tent, it is just zipped on. The tent is easy to rise an take down, it takes about 20 min. to rise it and a little longer to take it down (in ideal conditions - no wind, no rain, about 20°C). The bag is big enough to store the whole tent and everything needed to rise it, which makes storage and transport simple. We camped in Sweden and Germany for totally 4 weeks during spring and summer 2019, the weather was quite good with only little rain. We had some minor leaking between the car and the tent, but that was because the car was too far away from the tent after a trip. It would be nice if the connecting tunnel was a little longer (20 ~ 30 cm) and the sail extended over the connection.

Great Tent But
Tent looks good and the first time we used it a lot of folks said "what a great idea", the ground cloth we used was way too big and since it rained both nights it just held the water, but none seeped inside from the seam on the floor, there was a little seepage around the car sleeve but short of taping the sleeve to the car I was impressed. The tent did not leak, the rain fly has taped seams and I had sealed the zippers with a homemade seam sealer as well as the tent seams as high as I could reach. The first night we had both 'awnings' out, I had brought extra poles to cover the camp table but it took us so long to set up the tent we didn't get the tarp out to cover the table until the next day so I used those to hold the other awning up, the rain did not leak into the tent even though I had the 'windows' down.

Top Notch
My vehicle and this tent is the perfect combination for camping. I was surprised about the quality of it and how easy it was to set up. This tent is tall and I fell free to stand up in it.

It's Perfect
It's just as it's pictured. Easy to set up, take down and put away. It withstands the winds when we camp at the off road beaches and adds a little bit more room to the back of your truck. It's pretty good at keeping bugs out.

What a Tent!
Used this for my Honda element, and am fairly new to tents. Only real complaint is I wish the instructions were not attached to the bag, so that you can actually pick it up on your hands. Other than that, I think the price for a tent this big, versatile and with a shade on the entrance!

Napier
The tent is easy to put up. Works great. The straps are too short for Dodge Caravan.

Tore the First Time I Set It Up
My SUV has no roof rack so I went with the suggestion on the instructions to secure the top straps to the hood supports. I pulled the strap to tighten it on the passenger side and it tore on the top seams. I was able to fix it with gorilla tape. I then set up and took it down multiple times on a week long road trip. No other issues. I found it worked better at keeping insects out if I secured the top straps to the front wheel rims. It was secure enough at the bottom to keep my 40+ lb dog from jumping out the back when it saw animal. It is definitely warmer than a standard tent. Gives you about a foot more of length.

Save Your Money and Look Elsewhere.
Tent arrived and I was assembling it on the truck when I put the tent pole in the tent pocket and it ripped as if it lacked any stitching in the pole pocket. Glad I tried it at home and not on the road.

Backroadz 19 Series Truck Tent
I installed this tent the first time in about 15-20 minutes. If you leave the straps a little loose and then put the fiberglass rods up everything goes easy. The seams look real good and the zippers are made well. It’s nice that you can open so many windows and not have to worry about bugs. The fit was very good in my Toyota Tacoma. Although I have a 5 foot box there is plenty of room to sleep as it goes all the way to the end of the tail gate. I would definitely recommend this tent.

Napier Tent
The tent was easy to put up, goes quicker with 2 people, otherwise took a little more then 45 minutes reading instructions getting familiar with the tent.
