MTC are so confident at MTC that products are produced to exceed OEM specifications and quality standards that they offer an industry leading 12 month unlimited mileage warranty against defects in materials and workmanship.

Mission Trading Company, Inc. ("MTC") products are intended for use ONLY in motor vehicles as set forth in this application guide. Use in any other application is improper and may lead to malfunction or serious personal injuries. With respect to any application other than those set forth herein, MTC makes no express or implied warranties of any kind, including any warranties of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose.

When used in accordance with their proper application, MTC warrants its products against any defects in manufacturing or workmanship for a period of one year from purchase, with unlimited miles. This limited warranty does not apply to: (1) any product altered or subjected to abuse, neglect, or accident, or (2) any product that is improperly installed.

MTC's sole obligation under this warranty is replacement of the defective product; labor or other costs for removal, installation, damage, delays, loss of part, misuse, or for incidental, punitive, or consequential damages are not included. These limitations on liability shall be applicable to any claims presented to MTC, regardless of the legal theory forming the basis of such claim, and whether such theory involves negligence, contractual liability, or otherwise. Except as set forth above, MTC disclaims any and all express warranties. All implied warranties, including any warranty of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose, are limited in duration to one year from purchase by the supplier.
